250 is not exactly low. If your list is responsive, you can always go for an adswap with someone with a similar list. Check out the JV Section here, there are a lot of adswap requests...

as their behavior:

I'd choose a list of 100 buyers instead of a list of 1,000
freebie...

Skype is the way to go for me. You can record the video call. I did an interview with cnn just last month and they used skype to contact me and record the interview.
