There are many ways to use PLR without rewriting it a bit, but that's only if the original product is very well-done. Most of the time, no matter how you use it, it's better to make it uniquely yours...

To publish on Amazon you will need to completely re-write and re-word the reports. If it doesn't pass through copyscape it won't pass Amazon.

Rewriting PLR is a good idea...make sure you put your stamp on them though.

Starting a blog is a good idea too....you can write good posts and then drive people to take free offers...
