If you have just launched and your website is not even 1 day old how can you expect to be ranking well already?

Yes there maybe websites ranking on the second page with PR0 but doesn't mean yours...

If it is indexed you don't need to bookmark it.

Do your press releases for some quick traffic but even though there may be some spammy sites ranking now, I wouldn't expect to be number 1 just yet....

Instead of using straight up AdSense see if you can sell direct placement ads. With the sort of traffic you've got there should be somebody out there interested.
