Went to physical at doctors on Monday. Got the lab results today. Scored an A1c of 5.4 !!
yeah, i'm stoked!! been at 5.8 for years . 5.7-6.4 is pre diabetes.


Going from 246 lbs to 208lbs since...

As many of you know iam pretty much retired now and run a couple of hours of Doordash and Uber Eats as well as HEB favor early in morning after i drop the kids off at school.

yeah it said in her obituary online that she suffered a massive stroke last Friday. So i assume she went unconscious into a comma and probably suffered very little if at all.
