the only way to know exactly is by look at the list of social bookmarking sites, get the seo pluggin for firefox...

Just went to the bookmarkingdemon's site, I guess the owner said things right about the auto submission tool.

If you be patient and submit your links no more than 2-4 a day, then the tool is safe...
