I received a similar call from them and the guy was legitimate. He helped me choose the right keywords and all. But not all cases are same. You can directly email google or visit their forum and ask...

Google is unbeatable leader in PPC. But bing ads has low costs which attracts many new advertisers. So if you are looking for cheap pay per clicks, then bing is your choice.

* Add 10 new keywords
* Test them with new ads
* Evaluate them- change non performing keywords, retain performing keywords

Best one is adwords. But it is expensive too. Next comes Bing ads. They have about 15% market share in the US market.

Same here. I placed 4 orders for my 4 sites and after 3 months, they are not in google search at all.

I have asked him twice for REFUND but he is not responding. Completely unprofessional.

This is not the way to treat your clients. If your service can't provide any result, I am liable for refund. Its my hard earned money. You can't get away by simply saying that you don't refund.
