You really shouldn't.

One of the classic mistakes people make, when starting email marketing, is telling themselves that they'll start off with a free autoresponder until they've made some money...

There are free services but I strongly suggest you don't use them. Aweber and Get Response are only $20 per month.

Yes for limited emails you can use aweber... and there are many free php softwares too for list collecting etc. You don't really need email marketing service if your hosting provides you with...
