The site looks pretty good. One small item is the logo is too close to the top of the browser. A little bit of padding on top can help out.

Go to odesk.com and place 2 jobs and get bids stating what you are willing to pay. Make sure you state that you will need to see multiple examples of their work first. Also, check their reputation.

Not necessarily. It depends on your demographic. In my demographic of 40 and above, college educated, make over $150K a year niche, the bounce rate off video is almost 100% but my text only sales...

Personally I would be more clear on what social marketing actually is. You have 4 sentences on the homepage which tell you what it is and I think to most people it wouldn't even make sense....

It's not a bad attempt, here's my views as a fellow web designer.

The logo needs alot of work doing with it as the template looks very pro but the logo lets it down a bit.

Skip all in one seo and get Yoast SEO for wordpress.

I like it. I'm not a designer (or even close... I really suck at it), but I'd say it's pretty good. The only thing I'd change is maybe the logo in the upper left. It's not bad, but it seems upstaged...
