The $10/hr rate is OK for starters. Test Test Test. Many people are good talkers, but don't show up when it's time to dial. Get rid of poor performers quickly.

Also why we don't recommend using YP lists...you can't argue that they are still good compared to other lists when it's clear as day that they are fading. Don't even try to tell me it's a font...

Great point. This approach might be easier once you've got a solid portfolio under your belt, but it's definitely a clear way to differentiate yourself from the competition.
