Backlinkwatch can also show backlinks for inner pages. Try to use it again to get backlinks of inner pages as I always use this tool for competitor's backlinks.

That's what automation is for. Look into software/scripts to take care of this for you and combine this with your own manual work.

In the case of Web 2.0s, quality sometimes counts more than quantity, you don't have to create tons of them, but make sure you really flash out the ones you have (unique content, images, videos, etc...

Ranking with web 2's as the main SEO link juice supply can be done but it's time consuming, unless you opt for the reckless automated spun rubbish route which isn't as effective and is more risky.

It's not going to hurt your rankings, at worst it will have no effect. If it was ranking your website high, and then the links are nullified, you'll drop in rank.. but it's not a penalty.

It can hurt a relatively new site with no trust in Google's eyes. It can hurt if AMR links are the only backlinks you have. It can also hurt if you build links sporadically and your link building...

None of the software hurt your ranking.. only you have to control your mind.. for what.. PATIENCE... don't blast too many backlinks if you are directly to your money site.. only 40-50 links per day...

I build 5 Web 2.0/Blog Sites (Wordpress, Blogger, HubPages, Squiddo and Live Journal)

I add unique content to each of them with picutes and youtube Vids. you can get one off...

They still work well as a second tier of links. I would suggest using higher quality links for the links that point directly to your website. Then set up a ton of AMR links that point to those links.

I use rank reporter from Inspyder. Its a great piece of software that lets you keep track of rankings. Always manages to be spot on and gives you a history of ranking positions.
