My thought is that SEO is a low converting form of traffic for any offer unless the keywords are buyer specific. Which isn’t necessarily a bad thing if your ranking for medium to high volume...

Postback URL (in the context of CPL or CPA marketing) can be used by affiliates for many affiliate networks to help them track the traffic/conversion stats for your advertising...

Namecheap is good. Many people use GoDaddy.

All of them are about the same. Just make a decision and go with it. You can always change at renewal time.

There are so many different ones... beauty and health come to mind, certain fitness/sports types . Bitcoin seems to be hit-or-miss with how it rises and fluctuates.
