If you want quick traffic then go for other methods, SEO will take 2 3 months to show the results.

Organic search traffic maybe use much time to top position but it 's free, while paid traffic you can get traffic suddenly but you need have budget to buy these traffic if you don't have budget you...

SEO takes weeks if not month to see results. You must pick low competition words or SEO with not work for you.

I think what hurts your seo are duplicate content if you copy and paste directly from salespage, which many do; and link juice, if you link to many different pages.

I heard about it too, but I am not sure it is about do follow or nofollow , it is probably about affiliate links generally. Google doesn`t like weak content sites with a lot of affiliate links.
