directcpv is quite expensive and they have little traffic,try leadimpact - they have much more traffic and are cheaper,you should be able to get somthing working over there.

Your redirecting users from your site to another site,you can not have any open affiliate links on your landing page as google will see this as a bridge page,i would just stick to ying for now forget...

I would stick with the content network, the traffic is cheaper for most niches and i find that it converts better for me, also getting your ad approved on facebook is a nightmare.

Yes there are QS guidelines for the content network but they are not as strict as search, offers that work well for content are any offer that pays at least $5 and that do not require a cc,lead based...

I am not saying that they do not convert, i am sure that they work well but if google slapped his campaign it is because they do not like these type of offers and soon enough those same campaigns...
