Hello, I just sign up for your new launch with facebook, and I am trying to work at home ethically, and I just lost money, time, effort with a lot of programs, and I just got 2 weeks ago (ATA) Auto Traffic Avalanche, and after 2 days I sent emails and NO RESPONSE, and then I read all the other comments here at warriors forum and learn my lesson, and I am trying to find out how to get my refund, because I sent several emails and NO response...so, is there a way that you can give your email or skype to talk?

I can not send you a PM because I am still new here posting, but please, I am tired of believing in people that do not care about the follow up, customer service, and submitting tickets, and no response...what happened with hearing a real person and give a service using skype once a week, just for beginners? it will save a lot of time for a newbie.

Anyway, I am in your list for about 4 months ago, and I've been seeing your launches, webinars.

I will see if you respond here...

      Thank you,

      Marita

        Hi Marita,

I appreciate your frustration in regards to customer service but I have to say that this is the very wrong place for your post. As far as Im aware ATA has nothing to do with Adeel or Bobby and this is just a jv invite for the launch of their new product.

In regards to their skype id's if you have a look at the bottom of the jv invite page you will see them there.

Kind Regards, and best of luck with ATA,

          Misleading....

According to the information in your link, the first "prize" isn't a 140K Euro Apartment at all.

Please be honest about what it REALLY is.

What you "win", i.e. a mortgaged property is available for free:

No its not to the best of my knowledge. Im not sure why that person posted here in the thread in relation to that product.

For those that aren't sure, Adeel and Bobby's launches convert like a priest
on Sunday. They have gone above and beyond for this launch and expect to see a flurry of emails come launch day.

These guys go to number 1 on clickbank on virtually every product they launch. The product quality is always high, so you can send traffic to your aff link safe in the knowledge that you will get good conversions along with a high quality product to promote.

I have no direct affiliation with Adeel or Bobby, but I always promote their products with good success.

Well if you go to their launch page it's spelled out pretty clear that it's equity in a mortgaged property. It's made crystal clear and explained in big fonts.

Deceptive title maybe, but at least the whole thing is explained in clear terms. If the affiliates are too lazy to click & read then the joke is on them.

Hmm yes I agree it's a good bait 'n' switch.

      (1) You think you can win an apartment

      but..

      (2) Actually you win "equity" in apartment

      but..

      (3) So you borrow 110K and you own the property. But who valued it a 140K? The developer? Or an independent certified surveyor? What would it really resell for? Maybe just 110K. Maybe less? And is the prize subject to using a particular mortgage company? What are their clauses?

If anyone happens to win the prize do a lot of due diligence, get a solicitor before accepting the prize. The prize may have a "negative" value, IMHO. A more genuine prize would be 30K cash in your bank account - something you can count on!

I know a lot of people on this forum hate the "watchdogs" - being all positive and nice is an easier way to be more popular I guess.

This analysis (theemperor) seems to be spot on. As I would imagine most people now realise in the post credit crunch world property can go down as well as up.So the prize may turn out to be not only a headache (you'll have to manage a foreign property?) but worse case it could turn into a liability. I don't know what currency the mortgage is in but if its in Cyprus pounds and you earn in UK £ or US dollars for example, you'll also have exchange rate risk to worry about.
There are probably other upsides/downsides to consider.

Here's a possible solution for Adeel

Okay arguably its a great headline offer so maybe this is marketeer's licence as long as the small print terms are explained as they appear to be. You obviously realise you are running the risk of upsetting some people when they find out the headline offer is not all it seems.

Is the solution therefore to offer an alternative J/V prize ie a simple cash prize alternative?

Something along the lines of you win either 1) a mortgaged property in Cyprus. Before accepting this prize you should carry out your own due diligence etc etc or 2) an alternative cash prize of x amount....

I'm sure you get my drift.
        All the best,
        Paul

"Marketeer's license"? Is it really OK to deceive your prospects on one website, just because the fine print is on a different website that you are trying to get visitors to?

If a brick and mortar local business owner used "I'm Giving Away A 1 Bed Apartment" to get buyers to their store, they would be accused of false advertising, bait and switch, etc. possibly be sued, and probably given a hefty fine. Why should we expect less responsibility and credibility from an IM just because they advertise on the Internet? IMHO, we should expect and demand MORE.

If a car dealer used Deceptive Trade Practices (DTP) to get you to stop at their dealership, and then you discovered the "scam", what would you expect once you walked inside the dealership? Full honesty and disclosure? I doubt it.

Hope the quality of the product is better than the pitch...

            Quote out of context?
If you read the whole of my post hopefully you get the impression that I am in no way supporting this bait and switch tactic.I didn't even consider it necessary to state that,it seemed too obvious to mention. To me it speaks so loudly for itself. As soon as I saw Emperor's posts even though their products are usually good I decided I need look no further into this as i would not be promoting this launch.
I suspect a lot of marketers felt the same. Some others may argue marketeer's licence as long as no real damage done. I was just trying to give a bit of balance to the argument which is why I used the word "arguably" and "maybe".The problem is you can't hear the sarcasm in the voice inflection in the written word.Us Brits usually try to be polite and sometimes you have to read between the lines.Guess I failed miserably to get my message over- as usual

In adheel's video he says you can either take $5,000 cash or the apartment. I would take the cash!

The JV who elects to take the apartment has a real headache:-

          1. The 30% equity becomes negative equity the day of completion why becuase it is overvalued being a "new build" property.
          2. The mortgage is paid for the first year, but in the second year E100,000 becomes a liability as it will be linked to Euribor (European Inter Bank Offered Rate) a higher interest rate than the banks.
          3. You are then subject to foreign exchange rate fluctuations.
4.You could take the rental option but after deduction of the management fees and taxes there won't be much left.
          5. Did they mention the Property taxes of E7,350

How do I know this? I was in real estate for several years where I sold £270million worth of property over 4 years on a no money down basis. We did deals at the time where you could purchase and sell 6 months later and make £50k of genuine equity. We did that.

Adheel would be far better having a one bed condo in Florida to give away worth $60,000 to the top JV with minimum sales of 2,500 which pays fully outright for the apartment out of Adheels commissions. Now thats a prize worth having.

          Regards
          Barry

I'm amazed at how many posts there are here in relation to the property!

Most people it seems are disecting everything...and truth be told, are the ones that are very unlikely to win anything or even make any sales (harsh but true). If you saw the JV page you would KNOW that you could either accept this UNIQUE property deal OR take $5,000 cold hard cash.

-- the property deal would have gone through ALL legal channels, just like any property deal would offline. This was just a great JV prize different to any others you probably have seen online... and we tried it. It worked.

I recommend everyone spending their energy promoting the product now and banking some easy affiliate commissions on the relaunch tomorrow onwards!

If you read the other posts in this thread, you will see that this offer for the "free apartment" is just a not-so-clever way to get you to go to their sales site, where you will then be hit with about 12 Exit Pops before you can get out.

I think the FTC calls this "DTP" or Deceptive Trade Practices. But what the heck, nobody enforces this, do they?

Has anyone bought this yet who can tell us at least their first impressions of "Hype"-r FB Traffic? How many OTOs do they upsell you with?

      Hey guys!

I must apologise for my lack of replying...

The launch really took most of my time away - it's VERY draining and stressul.

-- besides, if you had signed up to the JV email list via the JV link above you could have easily contacted me via the contact details provided there. I provided email and Skype details.

Anyways, moving on... the doors WILL remain open.

I can appreciate your comments entirely and I apologise if you feel that your efforts were wasted. However, the relaunch could in fact help make you MORE affiliate commissions because people will know we're serious and that they 'could' miss out again next time, therefore creating a fear of loss and sense or urgency.

RE: 1 Bed Flat JV prize

I haven't read every single comment about it but it's all genuine. I just saw the term 'bait and switch'. Nothing was hidden and terms where there in full from the START, and we were available to discuss this JV prize with anyway (as stated in the download PDF).

At our position we have a reputation to maintain. And in all honestly, the person most likely to win a prize like this is someone who would already be in the top internet circles --- and someone that we already have a business relationship with, and thus would know of our credibility and validity of this JV prize offer.

However, this prize is now no longer available because it has been won!

The relaunch however will allow you go get a free iPad for making just 50 sales by Monday.

If there is anything you need to ask further, please PM.

      Thanks

      Adeel

PS. this is not a thread for talking about the 'reviews of this course'.

If you would like to do that please navigate to the 'reviews' section of the Warrior Forum. Please respect my JV / Affiliate posting just as I would respect your opinions about this product when posted in the correct place. Thank you kindly.
