Vidneos Google search doesn't function. After many tickets on support desk and tried their instructions to solve it, I just wasted my time and the software must be in the trash. I asked many times for a refund and Ben Murray (benzwm02) and Abhi didn't pay me back. They just checked Jvzoo as "refund" but the money never was sent. So, their "not question asked" guarantee is a b**sh. I put the case in Paypal without any result "because is not a physical product" I don't understand how Todd Gross is promoting Vidneos and is associated with this guys. I've bought before several products he promoted without any problem. So, this was my experience with them and Vidneos. |

Ditto - They try to stall you with two emails after refund request - #1 Anything we can do - reply - no - next email - #2 - how about some freebies? - No - 24 hrs pass - no reply, no refund. FYI. I;l give it 24hrs before move to the next level. Maybe lots of tech support request. |
