How to Make Use of Proxies List

Hi Warriors,
I'm new to Internet Marketing.
I see people are sharing list of proxies on various forums in this way:

122.172.217.248:8888
60.171.80.252:81
134.35.181.25:8080
113.19.4.109:8080

I'm anxious to know how to use them. Is there any direct method or
with the help of tools? What's the advantage of using them. I know
proxy servers such as HMA, Elite VPN etc but don't know what's it
exactly.

    Well I don't know about that so called list, it could be listed by anyone so I'm not going to use those kind of proxies but there are free and paid proxies all over the web. The free are not as good as paid. Just google that question you asked and you'll find instructions for using proxies. (Leave that list out of your google string). Just google: "How to use proxies". A heads up this tread would be better off in the: main internet marketing section.

    Yeah there are numerous list available on the web, so why don't you get from there. Even proxy sites you can search by specific country where you are staying.
