1M searches per month - Exact Match Domain - JV wanted
Hello,
I own a domain whose exact match keyword gets 1M+ searches per month on Google.
I don't have the bandwidth or time to develop it right now, but it's definitely a gold mine waiting to be tapped.

.com.br - Brazil ccTLD (the 1M searches are specific to Brazil, worldwide it has much larger search volume)
This domain hasn't been live in years, 6 weeks ago I bought it and put a WP installation and the stock template (the stock one!) yet it's getting over 1000 visitors per month, over 2000 pageviews, page/session over 1.5!
Most are direct traffic, but it's even getting 50+ organic traffic.
