Last Resort...Please Help
I honestly don't know where else to turn so I'm coming here.
This is my situation. I use DLGuard. Been using it since 2006. That's 17 years now. I am having a problem with one of my products. For whatever reason, my customers get a Network Error when trying to download it. Okay, this has happened before and in the past was easily solved by Hostgator rebooting the server. Now they tell me they can't do that.
So I contacted Sam Stephens through a DLGuard support ticket. This was on March 13. I still haven't heard anything from him. In the meantime, I have an open case with Hostgator from March 13 and they still haven't attended to it. I am on hold with them right now just trying to get them to pick up the phone.
I have had to come up with a workaround to get this product to the customer. Of course with the workaround, it's not secure and they can pass the link on to anyone.
Okay, so why am I here? Simple.
Does anybody know anything about Sam from DLGuard? Is he okay? Is someone else selling DLGuard now? Any information anybody can give me will be greatly appreciated.
