New tool in my portfolio so am giving it away for a week to test it out.

  No sweat Gordon. I figured it out. When I get the 404 page I just "Save page as" and the pdf downloads ok.

  Actually I did have the download page coded improperly. This has been corrected and should be working properly.

  Ya I am getting some problem in the link as well. But will check it out after some time, hope that it works then....
  
  Haven't checked on this for a while, but it still works for me---but then that is the computer it was built on so who knows!
