Well, it is a good "tips" book.
it is really for newbies, the tips are to the point but one cannot
deploy all of them overnight (maybe over 14 nights...)

I specially liked tip #17

It is geared toward newbies, but it is also a nice reminder of getting back to the basics. It can be tough to get back to the basics with all of the glamor of the WSO's. They are tried and true.

I just tried to open it and read through, but when I opened it I got this message "word cannot start the converter mswrd632" and then I tried installing the required program and it came out looking strange so I couldn't read it. Anybody know what I should do so I can read it?

octobergal, Absolutely. That is really weird that you couldnt open it. Make sure that you select open with: acrobat. You can do this by right clicking on the report and click open with, then select adobe acrobat then you can select it from a list (PC), pretty much the same if you have a mac, as I do.
