This is YouTube's official guide to creating successful videos and channels. You can download it for free here: YouTube Creator Playbook

Aside from the solid information presented in there (which some of you might find basic), I love the way the Playbook is organized. Pages 4-5 go through the structure, and the icons and key definitions that are used to make the process clear and flow smoothly.

Even if you don't get any new information from this ebook, I think it could make an excellent template to model future infoproducts that you create.

Joshua is right, the template was very well done and it can definitely inspire you for future infoproducts.

Apart from the template, what I liked on this video promotion ebook was that the author
goes further.
On this ebook he shows how important is to think about:

-compeling your video to your viewer first and branding and packaging later (the first 15 secs)
-how to determine desired actions (call to action)
-explains about the tent pole program (seasonal promotion)

Thank you for sharing this, the need is strong for to promote you must be willing and able to do a video, since people don't read like they once did. Blogging is great but doing a video on your blog is even better.
