Actually, I consider myself an entrepreneur. I think the best entrepreneurs are a combination of "problem solvers" and "marketers" - and I strive to do my best at both. Been in business for 25 years (since 15 years old when I started a mail order business from my parents basement).

Empower Network is everywhere. The "big" thing with Empower are the 100% commissions and pass-up comp plan. But, to be honest, I like Empower because it's basically a 100% commission affiliate program - where a well-respected network marketer create/delivers in-demand tools and trainings to a worldwide market of millions. There's always so much "hype" with this stuff, but at the end of the day, it's about "Offering a Problem-Solving Product/Service to an Large Market that WANTS the Problem Solved and can AFFORD to solve it."

I like viral reports (like this one), because it lets me explain how Empower is a solution - and gives those who join an instant tool to explain Empower to others. I've used viral reports in the past - and have built downlines of 8,000 plus.

By the way, as an aside, I know A LOT of people in WF hate network marketing. I think it's because of the "people get people" aspect. Personally, I look at the product first. Anything else is a bonus (Meaning, I don't rely on the network marketing aspect to make money.)

Can someone explain how does it actually work if possible? Because from where I see it is basically you just sell the same thing over and over to other people.
