your book is right, but I love to place ads in some website / blog. I had a good experience to one my website , a long time ago , one my website pr 3, after I promote them by placing my ads in some weblog / website, today the website have a good ranking pr 5

the way i understand that in order to get the ranking for a page, all of its inbound links are taken into account, these are links from within the site and links from outside the website.

Excuse me,

Quantity also build rank. For example: Sitewide link on PR1 blog, BUT with 100k pages on it.
That can bring you some SERP.

I think backlinking is the best way to build rank???
if the website have many visitors the PR would be higher right?
advertise it on facebook or twitter works also?

Quantity also builds rank, but the point here is that what should be looked into more is the quality. If you're going to build a bunch of useless spammy links, that's not going to help at all. In fact, it could cause your downfall.

Main think is you have to get lots of clciks from different IP,
and also update site on egular basis add page on regular bassis.

  I also believe that back links increases the page rank and both thing is place an impotent roll in quantity as well as quality of back-links.
  
  If we have more number of back-links then the site PR increase respectively but if we have back-link which is in quality as well then it also increases the PR more rapidly ..so both place important role in increases the PR of site..
