It can definitely be used as just that. I am using it for fun and marketing all at the same time and it works well!

Have been trying to get a handle on that venue and your writeup saved me lots of time.
This looks like it will fit really well with the art work of one of our clients... We shall see.

Your welcome. I have been using Pinterest pretty religiously but I use it mostly for entertainment purposes. And I think this is what makes it so beneficial for using it for business. People always repin and like my pins, so when I slip a pin in their for a product or service, they always like and share it for me. And it has brought me quite a few sales. But I am careful not to bore my followers with spammy junk.
