  First of all thank you for redirecting to this extensive list. I just signed up with justretweet. I intend to use it in the near future. However, I noticed that most methods require endless hours of promotions just to get the desired traffic without Google which, on the contrary, might seem a viable option with all its flaws. I think focusing on SEO might bring steady traffic without all the hassles the other options came up plagued with

Great blog post for getting instant traffic. Better than waiting a few months before Google traffic starts coming in. I'm going to save that blog post. Thanks. This method will help me build my list maybe even 10x faster if I could get it working with my current list building strategy. My goal is to get to 100,000 leads by the end of next year.
