Building a lot of twitter account to get the most out of it !!

Hello everybody
how can i change my ip address when i want to create a new twitter profile, because i am willing to create a lot of twitter profiles from my computer (from same computer), so before creating a new profile i have to delete all cookies from my browser+changing my ip address, so please can you know how to change it safely please? and thank you in advance !!

    Your IP is established by your Internet provider so if you want to change your IP you will have to ask them to do it. Your intern IP however can be changed at your will but this doesn't help you in this situation. If you want you could try connecting to a proxy server and in this way you use your own IP but connect to someone else's IP. Try here: Public Proxy Servers - Free Proxy Server List

      So in your opinion every time i want to create a new twitter account, i have to enter twitter from a proxy site?? is that will display a new IP address?
