What to charge - Ranking YT videos #1 on Google

I've got a potential client that wants to rank his videos on Google.

He has an offline business serving a medium sized city.

Is $97 per video too little? Each sale of one of his products is worth several thousand $$ to him (he's in a sub-niche of the automotive industry).

Thoughts from folks already doing this would be most appreciated.

    Charge him low initially and offer him a recurring service like maintaining ranking for one year or something he wants. Get his complete requirements first.

    Ask for a certain percentage of what he gains, say 10% or more if he is willing to agree. This is the more professional way of doing business, and in time that percentage can grow, evidently. If his sales grow, your quota should grow to. But these terms of agreement can only be achieved by negotiating directly with him and presenting the bigger picture: how the ranked videos will gain him more money thus you deserve to win more etc.

      Sounds good on paper, but I wonder how I'd track it???
