Running FBook Traffic to an Opt In Page

I have a Health & Wellness product.

I normally run traffic to my sales video .... but Facebook does NOT like that.

My question is ... will Facebook allow me to run traffic directly to an Opt In page where I can capture the users email WITHOUT getting my account banned? (granted there are no claims or crazy pictures)

Or is that "frowned upon" too?

    Yes. You can use leadpages and make a squeeze page that you can send traffic to with Facebook ads. You have to be very careful in how you word the ad in order not to get flagged.

    Yeah. The problem you're probably having is with your ads and not your sales page...unless your sales page make ridiculous claims or calls people fat or unhealthy.

    Using an optin page would be the best method for promoting Health and Fitness products on facebook.
    You can send similar offers, to the people on your list and make more money on the backend as well.
