Wanting to grab leads from facebook

Hi Guys,

I need your help! I am a realtor and have been doing a good job with obtaining leads in real estate by creating quality content. I want to start generating leads using facebook. Can you point me to some great resources, an awesome WSO or both? All your help is APPRECIATED! I'd say I'm an intermediate social media marketer if that helps. Thanks!!

    1. Find 20-50 Facebook local groups with at least 200-500+ members each. There're many real estate groups, and many general local business groups in every state and major city.

    2. Share your expertise of local real estate markets in each group every other day. But don't post the same post to multiple groups at the same time.

    3. Monitor those groups for leads. People sometimes post the request for recommendation of Realtor or house to buy or rent.

    4. The clicks from those posts to your website (if you have one) will help you build custom audience for laser-targeting when you're ready to run Facebook ads.

This'll give you a lot of exposure to local market and generate leads as well.

A post in a local group usually has a lifespan of a week. Unlike ads, which has a lifespan of a few seconds. It's also much easier to interact with potential buyers in groups.

Yup it is helpful .. When people search something directly from search engines like google, yahoo and bing, this type of search is called organic search.

You could run a targeted (your local area) $5 FB ads to a sales / lead page that has video Introducing yourself and showcasing homes for sale in that local area.

You can direct them to optin / request a showing etc...

Also add a fb conversion pixel to that sales / video / optin page, this way in fb 's insights you can see who exactly is click your ads.

This will help when it come to really targeting in to your market and allows you to create a custom audience.

So basicly you have a system that runs you about $25 a week to help generate good quality leads!

    Hope this helps!

    • There are many ways of generating leads from Facebook as suggested by a dejaone. Want to add one more thing Facebook Advertising that services offered by Facebook by paying. It can help you shown to specific groups of highly engaged people on desktop and mobile.

Thanks all for your responses. I have also heard that promoting your posts may not be the most cost effective way of doing things. (Sort of like facebook puts that out there for common advertisers to make it easy and can cost a lot more. is this true? Or does anyone have any insight on this?)
