Strategies To Rank Youtube Videos FAST

Hey guys! I started with video marketing a couple of months ago and I've noticed how important videos are for any business.

The problem is that many people who are just starting out with their Youtube channels are not able to get views or rank for their specific topics.

I would like to hear some tips and strategies from you to help all these people who are struggling with having a greater exposure for their Youtube videos.

Strategies on how to optimize the videos, how to get more views etc...

Thanks!

    A few simple ones:
    - put the main keyword in the title (could be the only thing in the title, should always go first)
    - put your link in the first line of the description
    - put your keyword in the first sentence and last sentence of 1 or 2 natural sounding paragraphs in the description
-link back to your channel or another video at the end of the description (Youtube likes links back to itself)

You can take nearly any ranking by spending some money in Google AdWords on a longer video that people enjoy. I have taken the top spot twice on new video game releases. Now to try it in less competitive areas like internet marketing

You can buy high retention views to help you rank in Google, and then that will help you get real views from potential customers.

You will need backlinks to your URL, as well as likes, social signals, etc, and then you can rank in Youtube and Google.

Once you gather subscribers, you will be able to rank your videos without doing anything, as the subscribers viewing your video ARE the retention views, and they will also do the social signals and likes etc for you too.

So yes, like you said, it's hard for new starters, but after the initial growth spurt, growth of a Youtube channel starts to snowball which is good.

Put your hands in the computer screen, hold your video (right hand), search for your keyword using your left hand, then, drop your video in the first page. Congratulations.

What you want to be doing is ranking them in YT search as well as external search engines: Google, Yahoo, etc. The methods for ranking differ from one another, but the similarities do compliment.

Here is a quick checklist to rank your YouTube video:

    1. Do perfect on-page optimization.
    2. Throw video signals in proportionate counts.
    3. Add some social shares.
    4. Build backlinks - Tier backlinking as well as Link wheel still work to rank YouTube videos in Google.

Ranking your video in Youtube search is dominated by the engaging signal while the major factor to rank your video in Google are the backlinks.

One thing that works quick is Google+ shares/post of the video and adding +1s to those Google+ Posts.

Start treating your video like your money site and build the links accordingly. That will reach rank your video.

      1) What is "perfect" on-page optimization in your eyes? I´d like your view and an example on that one.

      2) What is a video signal?

      3) Can you point me in the right direction where someone, somehow explains this in a simple manner?

      1) Buying YT-views will help me rank, but how exactly? Isn´t that running the risk of getting your YT account shut down?

      2) I see a lot of offers on Fiverr. How can they offer so many views, for so little coin?

      1) My niche being "Polarbear", and I have a video of a polarbear mating with a cabin wall during a sunny day in Antarctica because.. well.. Because! So, I entitle the video "Polarbear tries to mate with Redwood Log cabin in Antartica" and I am riiiight on the money?

      2) What kind / types of links do YOU and other WARRIORS recommend?

      3) There must be a reason why you´re doing it 2-3 times, instead of more. Is it something scientific or knowledgeable behind those very numbers, or is it - a random, pretty number that feels "good"?

      4) Self-explanatory - but why? How does it benefit us, other than keeping traffic flowing within the YT-ecosystem. Are there any case studies, or comparisons between someone who does it, and someone who does not?

Better try with these simple things:
    1. Give your video a attractive title, description and add some keywords related to that video.
    2. Share that video on social media platform.
    3. Ask people to like and share
    4. Promote that on social bookmarking sites if possible.

Doing this will get your account terminated. Patience is key when it comes to YouTube rankings, a lot of other factors come into play like likes, time spent watching the video, etc.

I agree... if you're treating your video / channel like a money site then I wouldn't recommend throwing some random fake views at it. If its a cool video like the one the OP mentioned with a Polar Bear, I would throw together a catchy ad (the bear humping the wall would do it for me!) and grab some very cheap clicks on Facebook (you can target the cheapest audience because you aren't selling anything)... everyone likes funny or cute videos so getting clicks/views/shares won't be difficult or expensive.

Do the on-page optimization that everyone has shared, get some cheap FB views and you'll be set. GL

I would like to shed some light, if possible:
    • Buying HR views can improve ranking, but only temporary. Honestly, it is quite expensive way to rank videos, bacuse rankings won't stick.
    • It is better to focus on whole channel than individual videos. If your channel has authority, all videos get good rankings.
    • You should encourage your users to like, subscribe and share your videos on social networks.
    • If you use backlinks to rank video, make sure they are high quality and diversified. You were able to rank video by blasting 10k spam backlinks, but those days are long gone.
    • Above all, treat your YT channel as if it was your website/blog. You are not looking for quick cash, rather slowly building authority channel.
