Teespring for local demographics.

Has anyone tried selling shirts via FB and Teespring to local audiences only? Such as your hometown or state? I was thinking of doing a design related to something that everybody in my city knows about. Let me know what you think, thanks!

Never heard of anyone trying that!...but have thought about myself (never took action lol).
But I've ran local ads for business' and had great result so why wouldn't tshirts work!?
We had all of our teachers on strike ...made for a good tshirt campaign.

Good look! love to hear how you made out! ...never know you might be on to something!

There's currently a man hunt going on in my state and there are lots of mixed emotions about it, i thought making a controversial or supportive cause related design that I could stir some interest in the market. I think I'll give it a shot!

I think that country and location targeting on Facebook makes the ad clicks more expensive.
    Maybe i`m wrong.

I haven't tried it, but I get ads in my FB feed ALL THE TIME for t-shirts with my current location AND my hometown in them. Like "I'm a Pittsburgh girl in a California world." I haven't bought one, but I bet people do. But it's also a bit creepy to me that FB knows this much about me and sells that info to other people!!!

You can get the data you need from graph search, but you can no longer upload UIDs into FB. So I don't know how you will target them precisely. Does anyone know a workaround I'm forgetting about?

I know you can upload their emails, but that will look highly suspect to FB.

You will have to target by location in Power Editor.

On the whole, you get what you pay for.
