Is it that easy?

I have an idea to sell trending affiliate product, via Amazon and promote it on Facebook.

I'm new in advertising on FB, and this seems too easy. So I choose a trending product, choose a target group, launch FB campaign and that's it ...

Is this suppose to be that easy or I will just throw money on Facebook advertising ?

    Hey man, it's not that FB ads are hard because nothing in life is as long as you know how to do it.

    If you do it the way you say that you are you are going to lose a lot of money. It's like going to Las Vegas and expecting to go to the casino and make money.

    Can it happen? Yes. Is it likely to happen? NO!

    If you are not building your list you are going to fail big time because most of the sales come in the followup.

    I would suggest that first you learn about how to properly use FB ads and list build, then start.

    You mean adding a premade targeted email list to Facebook Ad campaign? But I thought I can target via interests, demographic, etc.

    Edit: Ah now I get, you probably mean a list of facebook users and then add them to my campaign,,,

    Im brand new to all of this, and I wanted to do the same thing.

    What is a list? I'm not looking for a quick fix; I'm 100% willing to work hard for a long time before I see results.

    If I wanted to drive traffic from FB to amazon, what would be the smartest way to set that up for the long run?

    It's easy to promote on FB just focus on your target audience properly such as country, gender, age and etc.

    send the traffic to a squeeze page. build a list and THEN promote
    this way it would be easier yeah

        He's referring to building an email list of people who have willingly gave it to you. This way, you can continue to market products to them in the future.

    I think if you are doing it good then you have a good understanding. but dont be overconfident as this may destroy you. and i dont think you can lose anything through Fb ads.

    No it's not that easy as you are thinking .... it's a bit difficult but if you have the knowledge then you can.. because there are many experienced and professional people sitting that are already doing this.. to make you r place in between them you need to work hard dear,,,,,,,,,,,
