    There's a lot you can do.
    I agree with the post above, but I'll like to add more to it. I don't think just adding feeds in enough.

    It depends upon the type of niche that you're working to promote. First you must estimate demand. Join groups relative to your niche, participate in forums and figure out what are people really looking for. What do they want, and how can you get it to them.

    Once you're done build your whole campaign on that. your feeds should reflect that. Write blogs relative to it, or hire someone else to do it who is expert in the niche. Use bloggers to create awareness about your page.

    I am assuming that your business is new so you'll like to have a good software at an economical price. I recommend a fremium tool : Dosocial. Experiment with it a bit.
    Put your product up in RSS feed too.

    If you can afford it then there are other alternatives too. Such as HootSuite, TwitterDeck, and TwitterFeed that you may like to try.

    Just remember the key rule: focus on your customers!

    Hopefully with a little effort you'll be well on your way to success.

    there is a lot of things to do to get targeted follower/niche
    follower will come after they interested in your post, choose your niche make some posts/tweets regularly, interact with your followers, etc

    1.Tweet regularly, use #, retweet and @ mention ppl whose content you share, write about the content people tweet...
    2.Don't broadcast, have conversation instead
    3. Follow your industry influencers.
    4. Use twitter tools to get the job done right.
    5. The results don't come in one day. Be patient & persistent.
