Is Making Adult Tube Site Legal In India ?

Hi,
Just wanted to ask if making adult video site legal in India.
It will have videos from site like xvideos & redtube?
It will just contain embeded videos from other sites and will be monitized with affiliate and CPA offers?

How do I know, if it is legal in India ?

  • Pornography is strictly illegal in India. If you try to use India based servers than probably you won't be able to do it.

      Will that be OK, or are there risks involved?

  • The law does not permits (under both circumstances), however in general unless & until someone does not complain your safe. Just open classified AD section in any leading news paper your will AD related to prostitution. I am quite sure police knows about it but I haven't seen any action taken against those guys. If you do quick google search you will find many such sites. Who-is will tell you how much old a website is. (domain registration date). So you can infer if a site is taken down or not.

But the fact is India has India is the country that has maximum number of porn sites so it is better for you to built the website and can host your website on offshore web hosting companies.   • Pornography is fully restricted in the whole India. even some states of USA it is also restricted. USA has different laws for different states. According to me, it is a hateful things that's why most of the country is restricted. so why you would like to do income from this sector? you can do many other things. If it would good, no country will disallow it. beside earning you need to take mental satisfaction.

    • Hi Vishwa. If you dont know, plz dont bother to reply. He asked to buy domains at namecheap or hostgator, buying adult domains from hostgator is not illegal of their TOS. You can host there.

      Why porn is a dirt business? why would it hurt people morale and mess up the society? in fact they will save lot of girls from abusing...if there is no porn/prostitution available there will be more rapes happen in india. Dont you think?
