You need to optimize your Facebook Page with Targeted Keyword to get the people automatically to like it .
Not only that, you need to update the page regularly with the interesting info. ( Mainly images and Videos) .
Other than this you may advertise in fb up to some extent to reach some potential followers to follow regularly. And your posts will go with interesting posts.

Posting quality content is part of the equation. On the other hand, with some of the recent changes to Facebook's algorithm, the bigger challenge is getting your posts to populate in the news feeds of your followers.

Getting more likes and tons of engagement isn't as easy as it once was, and that's simply because Facebook is trying to shift pages to buying likes / engagement through Facebook Ads.

Not impossible to do it organically - just a lot tougher than it was four years ago.

It's not that easy. Facebook has limited the organic reach since 2014th update. Your content is not widely seen. To be honest very often when you're posting - you're posting to emptiness. I know that cause I'm beginning just like you. Even paid ads are not performing - see my other thread on that :

There's a lot of ways to get tons of Facebook likes/followers. But do you really need tons of it? If you are just starting with your business page, you can hire a reliable company to kickstart that number of likes/followers. You can use Facebook ads to target your audience. Engage with your fans/followers and work on making them your prospect customers.

Quality content and patience is the way to growing a successful FB fanpage . It's hard to do starting off but once you start growing it'll become easier as it grows !

It is getting harder and harder nowadays to grow fan pages with all the restrictions FB have put on pages . Most post now on fan pages are only seen by 6% of the pages followers !

Yes Content is king , But engagement is queen!
If your posts are not engaging, FB wont show them.

...as we enter 2015 - you'll need to pay to play and have content that engages your target market (audience).

Don't try to get tons of fans by tools or auto solution. Facebook don't show your content on your fans feed anyway. Just need to build the good content and almost your fans will see it.

But still, for the real viral today, you have to pay to get reach to your fans

You should optimize your Fan page with some important daily relevant post or also invite friends in this page with some techniques.

The only method is to be active yourself on other pages. Find your target market group and join them where they interact. Get yourself know and slowly start to bring people to your page. The more active you are with others, the more they will be active with you.

We sell likes and you can get them pretty cheap, cheaper than on Facebook but the interaction you get is never high and thats standard with every service that gets you paid likes... .including Facebook paid likes.

automatic followers are useless. Try to post quality contents and attract people. Image contents are really helpful to attract audiences.

It's definitely true that engagement percentages for any one post have plummeted over the last several months. That's why I have changed my thinking to instead concentrate on total engagement for the day instead of just one post.

People are on and off FB all day long. So the more often you can post the better your chances of improving "overall" engagement. Even if you only get a handful of engagement on one post, you'll see engagement increase if you have 6-8 posts a day going up. The scheduling feature makes this easy to do.

I spend about an hour or so a day scheduling posts to go up at various times throughout the day. I typically post 6-8 times a day using a combination of evergreen content from my blog, encouraging and inspirational posts, niche specific resources and articles, memes, and at least 2 questions a day. Sounds like a lot of work but again, you can schedule it all in one setting and have good content going up all day on your page, each getting a little engagement (if it's pretty good) or a lot (if it's great).

But posting more often with useful, niche-specific content seems to be the way to go, and that kind of content is what FB wants to favor nowadays. The community has said they don't like "salesy" content or being sold to all the time, so Fb is hiding posts that appear to be all about selling.

I post links to my blog with content specific to my niche, then include links to products and sign-up forms inside those articles.

Lots of people buy their fans, but to be honest the best way to gain original fans and do it yourself is to join a heck ton of facebook groups and advertise like crazy. Like exchange groups work amazing!
