Needing local followers

So I am looking to market through SM on atleast twitter, FB, goog+ and linkedin
-Messages(individual to people)
-Advance search features such as on twitter
-Group/fanpage
-Posts for everyone to see!!

Ok so I want to outsource this to a VA. I want many followers, I guess I failed to realize that at first. They need to be local though for the business Im in (real estate).

For messaging people on FB I know to keep the amount at like 20 a day so not to get banned. BUT for adding people on these sites is the game much different? Should I keep the numbers to adding 50 people a day on each account to be safe??? I know theres some other limitations such as FB tapping out at 5000(atleast I hear).

Suggestions?

    You could reach local audience in Facebook local groups as long as you have a way to interact and engage them.
