IM DEVELOPING NEW SOCIAL OPTIN SOFTWARE , Is it Legal??
Hello Im a php developer and Im developing a new op-tin software that allows users to create forms for optin via social networks. I have already integrated 12 social networks and 6 email services like aweber mail chimp etc. unfortunately in the rush I forgot about the legal part. does facebook and google allow list building using their login service, im also looking for methods to monetize the software and am caught between providing it as a service or selling the script.....advice please, i need your opinion.
