Facebook for solo ad swaps not working

I have joined 10 Facebook ad swap groups to try and find people to do solo ad swaps. I have posted on all 10 of them and I have never gotten a response from anyone. Is this dead?

I thought it might be a good way to find people but all I see is commercial spammy vendors trying to sell solo ads. Maybe this is not a good place to look?

    Facebook is good place to find ad swap partners but it is slightly harder in the beginning as you need testimonials.

    Try out Safe-Swaps.com - it's a website based on doing ad swaps with people.
