I also use Facebook emails for my advertising campaigns and never been banned.
Facebook don't have a solid business plan, So if you give them money they will love you..

There is no way using UIDs anymore (You can upload only IDs from your app), Facebook Emails are safe and the best way to target your audience. (You can also use them to invite people to like your page

With "AnyAudience for Facebook" You can get UIDs or FB Emails (@facebook.com) from any user list on Facebook (Groups, Pages, Graph search results etc). I' m using it over a year without any problem.

After wasting my money and time with the regular Facebook targeting interface, I realize that using FB emails to target custom audience is really the best way to save money on Facebook.

Fact: Scraping from groups is most effective way to reach best audience.

You can use both - UID's and emails. One difference there. FB says you can only use UIDs from apps, but I havent found any info about emails

Any ideas how to send messages, when you have facebook emails?

Alot of people says so facebook email is the same like simple email, I decided to try: I've send message from my *.*@google email to my *.*@facebook. Nothing happened: no notification, even after checking spam folder.
Any thoughts?

i'd say retargeting using FB pixel your existing traffic is the best way to build a custom audience.

You can then always target a similar audience to the one you've built.

A Custom Audience is an ad targeting option that lets advertisers find their existing audiences among people who are on Facebook. You can use the ads create tool or use Power Editor to create a Custom Audience.

You can't use *@facebook.com email addresses to target without getting your account flagged. You'll get banned if there are no footprints of you having interacted with these accounts before either via a page, group or app that YOU are an admin of. That info is from my FB account manager and I have seen several big accounts get shutdown trying the exact same thing.

Scraping is old school. You'd be a fool to do it now. FB are all over it.

Listen to this guy... I've seen numerous people report getting banhammered for using custom audiences built from UIDs or Emails. If you are going to do it, make sure you use a new account, and you've covered your ass.
