Can I create a Lead Page that shows up differently depending on how the user got there using FB?

I have a technical question.
I'm trying to market a high end dental product - it helps the end user detect plaque.
I want to market to different niche audiences:
* Women who like high end luxury brands
* Women who are sales professionals
etc.
Anyways, I'd like each ad I create to go to a different landing page in FB.
Each Landing page would have a specific targeted message with an email opt-in for more information, etc.
Is it possible to set up a Facebook page that has a different landing page depending on what lead funnel brought the user there, but preserves the overall Likes the page has?
Or.. if not, and I want to set it up so the ads go directly to a website, is that possible to do as well?
I've looked at leadpages, optimize press, and a couple of other paid services, so now I'm just wondering what's possible?
