Insurance Agent marketing

Hello everyone,
I have a potential client on my hand who is an insurance agent. Right now he wants to focus on travel and visitor insurance.

He has shown interest in doing social media marketing and any other forms of online marketing available.

He has asked me to give him a rough idea of what I can do for him (in terms of online marketing).

What do you guys suggest is the best way to go in order to market an insurance agent online.

    For short term, social media works best. Just find many related Facebook groups and share the expertise regularly (20-50 posts a day).

    For long term, build links to rank target keywords.

      Thank you for your suggestions. Do you recommend only facebook groups work best? What do you think about Twitter and LinkedIn? How do you suggest I go about marketing his services on these two social channels?
