    Most CB vendor websites blocked by FB. So you need to create a landing page, then insert it into your FB page. Then promote the FB page with FB ads.

    The landing page option is better for conversions and looks for professional especially with great content in the follow ups. Adding CB links just look too spammy.

      There's all sorts of nonsense on Youtube, but it doesn't mean that people need to take any notice of it!

      I wouldn't try to promote ClickBank offers, as an affiliate, without using your own opt-in page and retaining some of the traffic, Steve.

      It wouldn't make any sense to pay for traffic but not even try to keep any of it, because hardly anyone ever buys a ClickBank product at their first visit to its sales page, and without collecting email addresses, you wouldn't be able to keep them returning to it anyway. This is just like trying to run the bath by opening the taps fully but not remembering to put the plug in the hole first: you'd just lose almost everything, almost immediately.

      This post should help you (it's kind of the absolute "bare minimum essentials"): http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post7110523

      Here's the thing: to earn any significant money from affiliate marketing, you need to do three things ...

      (i) Keep your potential customers returning to the sales page (because not so many people buy anthing much at their first visit to a sales page!);

      (ii) Make increasing sales (ideally at progressively higher prices) to the same "captive audience" who regularly rely on and trust your recommendations;

      (iii) Establish the credibility and trust necessary to do both the above by earning's people respect as a provider of niche-related information.

      Without building lists, of course, you can't do any of the three and you'd just be throwing away almost all the traffic you ever generate that doesn't buy anything immediately (and that's almost everyone!).

      For most people, most of the time, it's just about as simple as that, overall.

      These three threads are more informative ...

      Is it a good idea to spend some time on building a mailing list ?

      Does anyone even make money online without an email list?

        I really liked all of what you wrote, really opening the mind!

        and SteveSilver, you can also try to cloak the link, I know few affiliates that promote like this don't get ban (not specific CB offers, but some CPA/CPL offers)
        you can do it by your domain with redirect or some cloacking program
        Good Luck!

    I think you mean "Clickbank" not Clinkbank, but I get what you mean LOL.

    Alexa provides a very good answer to your question in a previous post, and I can't really add to her response...so I'll leave it at that.

    Never send paid traffic to anything but a squeeze page!

      No ... just for each niche.

      Sorry - but like many people not involved in IM/MMO niches, I don't disclose my niches (and therefore my sites) here - having done a lot of research to identify them, partly on the basis of their lack of competition.

      But the idea is that you attract targeted traffic known to be interested in a niche to your opt-in page (whether it's a "squeeze page" or not), where the visitors find a prominently incentivized opt-in and give you their email addresses in exchange for something (maybe a short "free report" about the niche - not usually about the products!). So you collect their email addresses.

      You then send them a series of automated emails which they receive, via your autoresponder, in the right order, starting as soon as they submit their email address (the first email will give them the download-link to download the "free report" they signed up for).

      This gives you the chance to establish credibility and trust, by sending "niche-related content" by email, interspersed with some product promotions in the niche. Ideally at least three different ones and with different prices.

      If you're an affiliate, you probably wouldn't want your landing pages to be about the product(s). (I certainly wouldn't, anyway.)

      Affiliate sales (i.e. "whether people buy") is for the most part based on the extent to which your potential customers are willing to rely on the strength of the recommendation you offer them for the product(s). To put it mildly, it's pretty difficult to make many sales without building that trust by email. As explained in post #6 above.
