They will need to work with over 100 accounts (FB/T/Pin/Insta/YT/Etc...), and together I want us to create campaigns, strategies and all that good stuff.
So going over it I feel at our company here we should hire someone locally, in-house and work closely together. But the CEO doesn't want to. He wants to hire a $3/hr outsourced worker.
Should I push for in-house or is it really possible to have an 'EFFECTIVE' campaign with an outsourced worker?
I personally don't feel comfortable having someone on the other side of the world managing such an important aspect of the company. The CEO cares about how little he is spending thats about it... Down the road though, with bad results I will end up getting in trouble...
Suggestions? Been in this boat before?
