Marketing a Amazon Affiliate store

Hello,

I am total newbie to this. I am trying to market my Amazon affiliate store (not a review site). I am at total loss of ideas how to do this, do I post ads on facebook, or just say hey this is my store on my facebook account.

Any ideas would be of immense help.

    i will sugest you to advertise through ppc and advertise it offline also in news paper ads and create an app for your store. If need help in setting up all of these just pm me skype id i will get back to you soon

    Social media works best with Amazon stores depending on your target market. Check out Pinterest, Tumblr, etc.

    Saying "Hey this is my store" won't help you much. You need to create eye-catching ads that make people want to click on them.

    Depending upon your niche, target your audience, and pick out the social media channels that you want to run your campaign on. Show them how your product will make their lives easier. Why should they be buying your product.

    What type of products are you promoting on your Amazon Affiliate store? If you are promoting anything and everything, I would firstly suggest fine-tune your products and narrow them down to a niche.

    After you've got a niche, create a blog & Facebook page.
    • Brand your Facebook page properly. Either niche-concentric or website concentric.
    • Use compelling visuals in DP, Cover photo etc. They matter a lot. Design is a silent ambassador of your brand
    • Post content related to your niche. Not about your products initially. You can easily curate content on the web about your niche. If you are selling electronics stuff, engadget, mashable etc are good resources. Find content that's going viral in your niche. Customize and personalize it and share it on your Facebook.
    • Be consistent in posting content on your Facebook page.
    • In parallel, run Facebook Ads and super-target those people who are passionate about your niche and the products that you are selling by specifying contextual interests.
    • Keep your page active. 80% of the time, post content about your niche blended with valuable tips, tricks.
    • Post reviews on your blog about products that you are selling. Entice users that why should they buy the products that you are selling on Amazon.
    • 20% of the time, post content about your products on your growing Facebook page.

    Maintain this habit. Sales will come. Be a sanguine marketer and results will come

    Like people have been saying. Pick a niche that you know a lot about and sell products around that niche.

    A key thing I like to emphasize for people just starting out is to remember. Affiliate marketing in itself IS NOT A BUSINESS. It's just the tool that you use to monetize the CONTENT you are making. Your content creation is your business. So make sure it's good, unique, and easy to share. Then use the affiliate marketing system to turn a profit.
