How to Market/Advertise to certain Facebook Groups

I have built or access to some large local Facebook groups I can gleen the user ids. Is there a way to market/advertise to just those facebook groups on the right side without doing it in the timeline?

    If you scraped user id's you may as well scrape the group emails themselves and invite users to friend you so they will see your offers on your regular page, fanpage or to your own group with your offer on a pinned post.

    Just a free way to do it. If you want to advertise with Facebook please learn the system before spending money.

    How were you able to gleen the facebook ids? I thought Facebook had stopped sharing that info.

    Even if you have gleened (or scrapped) UIDs, its still of no use because of recent changes in Facebook Custom Audience. Previously, you could target to a set of UID via custom audience but now this has been barred. Based on UID, you can only target those people who have used your FB Apps.
    If you try to upload UIDs on Custom Audience, after processing, FB will give you error as "invalid records".

    You could scrape the group page with software and target them with facebook ads.
