help! not getting FB weekly emails
Hi, I am a newbie to Facebook and Facebook business pages. In Facebook, on my main Business Page, on the right side under "This Week," I see number of page likes and similar numbers.
I have 2 questions:
(1) How can I keep track of # of engagements (# shares, # comments, etc.).
(2) Two other people at my company (we are all admins of the Business Page) receive weekly emails with the subject line "Weekly Page Update." The email shows thinks like number of page likes etc. I am trying to figure out how to get these emails, but cannot figure it out. I have found several web pages that give instructions, but they do not work for me.
I saw one post that said these weekly emails are only sent to advertisers, and to go into the advertising area. But I don't really see where to get on the email list, or that I even have access to my company's Facebook advertising. (Wouldn't it be automatic if I'm a business page admin?)
