How can I change the name of a Note tab on a Facebook page?

I installed the FB App called Note. But I want to call it something else like ie, "Read Rules". How can I do that.?

    As NOTES is one of the default apps of FB (along with event etc), so I don't think its name can be changed.
    Solution: Create your own custom app, move its order to replace NOTES app and rename it as Read Rules and place your content in there.

    Still no worries. There are always "free lunch" available in Internet Marketing. Here are some options that you can use to deploy Facebook Apps for free in your page:
    1. Page modo (can install 1 app for free)
    2. ShortStack (its free if your page likes are less than around 2000)
