Getting more Facebook Fans and more likes, would you see a big different in how your website and website pages rank or does Google not count it that much?

If the Facebook page is consistently active not just getting likes but making posts and comments, then yes absolutely Google rewards that page by increasing its ranking.

This is true - social rankings are now among the top ranking factors on Google and other search engines. I think you post relevant content that matters and you will be rewarded both in terms of SEO and overall engagement with fans and the general public alike.

A lot of false info in this thread, having more fans on your facebook page isn't going to move you up in the search engine rankings. Social media isn't about getting traffic from Google.
