  I have only made and downloaded several images. Their designer is drag and drop... very simple. I think they have some items you can purchase, but a good number of free template designs (w/background images).

I have found them really helpful in the past, you sign up for free and then create your visuals (pictures, infographics etc) and download them as images or pdfs. of course, if you have a paid subscriptions, they offer more resources and customisation options.

Canva is really great. Additionally, if you can afford, be sure to explore graphicriver, creativemarket and alike to purchase graphic content and use. For stock photos, explore ShutterStock, BigStockphoto.

Piktochart is also a great platform for creating images, infographics for the social media posts. This is a free online tool that provides you inbuild shapes, icons and others. Moreover, you can also upload an image and can customize it according to your requirement.

I made this image in about 10-15min just using Word and Paint.

In my opinion these are two very overlooked free tools that can dramatically cut down your image creation time in the most simplest way....just cutting and pasting.

That is amazing! I am assuming all these different fonts are from word? Are you using 2007 ?

Yes, some fonts are from word 2007, others are actual images, and others are fonts I installed from this site:

I personally recomment Piktochart. I've been using it for a while now to create graphics. Its very easy to use! You might as well want to sign up for stock photo membership because its very useful.

You can also consider using the following 3 cool tools as well:

(1) Fotor - Free & easy-to-use tool that lets you create collages, image quotes, slide shows etc from your own photos. You can also apply multiple image effects as well.

(2) Picmonkey - Choose from dozens of editing tools to create cool images, overlays, collages etc. Some of them are free while others are for premium users.

Using Paint would be an idea, sure, but it kind of limits your horizons, there's only a few things you can do with it.
I also use Paint, don't get me wrong! But I only use it for "small stuff", not creating images for sharing on social media
