You can search for similar accounts in your niche or if its general you can use any large account and pay for a shout out. So if you see a huge account with an email address in their bio or Kik username you can contact them and ask for a shout out which they charge you to post your picture and comments to their following of hundreds of thousands or whatever size they have. This gets you massive exposure fast.
